We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
All sales are final. We request customers to review product specifications carefully before placing an order.
🔁 Replacement Policy (Only for Damaged Products)
We offer replacement only if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
Conditions for Replacement:

The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging must be shared.

The product must be unused and in original packaging.
If the claim is verified, we will:

Replace the damaged product at no extra cost
OR -
Provide a suitable solution as per company discretion.
❌ Replacement Not Applicable If:

Damage is reported after 24 hours.

No unboxing video is provided.

Product has been used or altered.

Damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
