🚫 No Return Policy

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

All sales are final. We request customers to review product specifications carefully before placing an order.


🔁 Replacement Policy (Only for Damaged Products)

We offer replacement only if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging must be shared.

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

If the claim is verified, we will:

  • Replace the damaged product at no extra cost
    OR

  • Provide a suitable solution as per company discretion.


❌ Replacement Not Applicable If:

  • Damage is reported after 24 hours.

  • No unboxing video is provided.

  • Product has been used or altered.

  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
